Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Many of our items are custom-made or made-to-order, including our 3D printed products. Because these items are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be resold once produced.

Additionally, our bath, body, and home cleaning products are considered personal-use and hygiene products. For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items once they have been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

* Your order number

* A description of the issue

* Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders for custom 3D printed items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
